The Broken Feather Set is a level 61 Rare Light Armor Set in Vindictus, exclusive to Evie. It’s composed of the Broken Feather Earrings, Girdle, Skirt, Bracers and Boots. The Broken Feather Bracers and Boots can be crafted by Kirstie and Arthyen. The Girdle and Skirt are common full item drops from the Titan raid boss; while the Broken Feather Earrings are extremely rare, dropped by Titan as well.
